浅析体育教师的现代教育理念与知识能力结构

摘    要:我国的基础教育改革在社会各界的广泛关注下进入了实质性阶段,体育教育作为基础教学中的科目之一,也要顺应新课程标准以及新形势的要求。体育教师在教育的实施过程中担任重要角色。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等科研方法对体育教师的现代教育理念与知识能力结构进行辨证分析,先就现代教育的理念进行阐述,再对体育教师应具备的知识结构、能力结构进行分析,并提出完善体育教师现代教育理念与知识能力结构的相关措施。

Abstract:China's elementary education reform under the extensive concern of the society from all walks of life also entered a substantive stage, sports education as one of the teaching of basic subjects, also want to adapt to the new curriculum standards and the requirements of the new situation. This article USES the literature material method, logic analysis and other research method of sports teacher's modern education concept and intellectual abili- ty structure of dialectical analysis, first elaborates the con- cept of modern education, and for physical education teachers should possess the knowledge structure, ability structure is analyzed, and put forward the perfect sports teachers' ability structure of modern education concept and knowledge of related measures.
