200m仰泳体能合理分配的训练方法研究

摘    要:在游泳比赛中,控制好速度以实现体力的合理分配,对取得优异比赛成绩是至关重要的。200m比赛在游泳比赛中通常被定为中长距离比赛项目,由于此距离离阶段能量代谢系统处于乳酸及乳酸阈有氧混合区域,它要求运动员具备比较全面的素质,相较于短距离,该项目其体力分配问题较为复杂。本文通过中外优秀运动员200m仰泳比赛的成绩进行比较,就比赛如何合理分配体力找寻适合的训练方法,为200m仰泳运动员在平时训练中以何种方式来改善运动员的技术和方法提供理论参考。

Abstract:In the swimming competition, control your speed in order to achieve a reasonable distribution of physical strength, to achieve outstanding competition re sults is essential. 200m race in the swimming competition in the long distance is usually defined as events, due to the distance from the stage of the energy metabolism of lactic acid and lactate threshold system is aerobic mixing zone ,which requires athletes to have a more comprehen sive quality, compared to the short distance, the project its physical distribution problems are more complex. By Elite Athletes 200m backstroke race results were compared on a reasonable allocation of physical game how to find suit able training methods, to provide a theoretical reference for the 200m backstroke in peacetime training athletesways to improve techniques and methods of athletes.
