| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校学生党建工作普遍存在着"重发展,轻教育"的现象,思想政治工作队伍力量不足,思想政治教育的针对性和时效性不强等问题。必须加强院系二级党校建设和思想政治工作队伍建设,创新教育形式和教育载体,丰富校园文化生活,提高思想政治教育工作效果。

| Abstract: | At present,the Party building in higher vocational colleges has the problems of emphasizing development while neglecting education,lack of the force of ideological and political education and has not got the strong pointing and timing.As a result,we should strengthen the construction of the Party school in colleges and departments,and the working force of ideological and political education.Furthermore,we should innovate the educating form and carrier,enrich the campus culture to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education. |
