基于广义更新过程的航空备件需求和应用

摘    要:鉴于航空装备的6种故障率特性,建立相应的故障分布模型,用以解决航空备件需求和预测问题。本方法考虑到维修程度的影响,通过广义更新过程分析故障数据,并对维修度进行参数估计,之后采用蒙特卡洛法计算不可修件以及可修件在不同时间段内发生的平均故障数。最后对完全维修和一般维修进行实例比较,结果表明本方法结果更为合理,适用实际情况。

Abstract:In view of the 6 types of performance failure rate of aerial equipment,we establish corresponding fault distribution models to meet and predict the demand of aero-spare parts.Considering the degree of repairing,we analyze the failure data by applying a generalized renewal process and estimate the parameter values of repair degree.We then calculate the average failure number of non-repairable and repairable parts in a Monte Carlo simulation.Finally we compare the results of perfect repair and general repair with an example.The presented method is more reasonable than previous ones with prospect of practical applications.
