高稳定性、高精度积分球辐射定标系统的研究

摘    要:本文试制了一种积分球辐射定标系统,采用单片机进行电源恒定功率控制和光电检测,使积分球输出的辐亮度稳定性、面均匀性得到了较大的提高,从而获得了一种高稳定性、高精度的积分球工程应用定标系统。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of high stability and high accuracy integrating sphere radiation source system. The principle is that it adopts single chip computer to control the system constant power supplying and its light-electricity measuring,which makes the stability and accuracy of integrating sphere get more increasing,from that gets a kind of integrating sphere light radiation source calibration system with high stability and high accuracy.
