大麦株高与其过氧化物酶同工酶关系初探

摘    要:对大麦不同株高材料过氧化物酶同工酶的研究表明:大麦株高与穗下第2节间的过氧化物酶活性呈显著负相关。与胚芽鞘、剑叶、幼叶和幼根无相关性;所有供试材料胚芽鞘和穗下第2节间的过氧化物酶酶谱基本无差异,都显示了6条公共谱带。

Abstract:Relationship between plant height and peroxidase Isozyme in barley are studied, plant height is negatively correlated with peroxidase activity of the second internode from the top .but not related with those of coleoptiles. the first leaf from top and young root , The zymograms of peroxidase isozyme of coleophles and the second internodes from top basically present no difference with common bands in all six varieties .
