浅析高校俱乐部教学模式对体育教师的要求

俱乐部教学模式在国内外被许多高校所采用 ,这种教学模式满足了学生对学校体育课的需要 ,培养了学生兴趣和爱好 ,激发对体育课的学习动机 ,在高校体育教学过程中产生良好的效果。在这种教学模式下对体育教师的要求更加严格 ,使其角色发生了根本的变化 ,由原来的指挥者、表演者变成一个学习者、思想者、和研究者 ,体育教师逐步向科研、技能、思想相统一的反思型教师过渡。
