中国共产党关于新农村建设的思想

“建设社会主义新农村”并不是最近的产物。中华人民共和国成立后不久，中国共产党在20世纪50年代国家建设目标中曾经使用过这一提法，但那时的新农村建设是伴随着农业合作化进行的。党的十六届五中全会在新的历史条件下提出建设社会主义新农村的历史任务，这是一个综合的、统管全局的指导思想。中国共产党提出的新农村建设思想主要包括关于城乡统筹发展的思想，关于加强农村民主政治建设的思想，关于加快农村文化建设的思想，关于加快农村社会事业发展的思想等等。新时期中国共产党关于新农村建设的思想有着更为丰富而深刻的内涵，具有更重要指导作用。

The New Development of the Idea of Building a New Countryside

＂Building a new socialist countryside＂ is not a new concept. Shortly after the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China, the CPC once used this parlance in the goal of national construction in the 1950s. However, at that time this parlance was accompanied by the agricultural cooperatives. The fifth plenary session of the sixteenth CPC central committee proposed the mission of building a new socialist countryside under the new historical conditions, which is an integrated and unified management of the overall guiding ideology. The CPC＇s new rural development thinking is mainly about the planning of urban and rural development, about the enhancement of the democratic Construction in rural areas, and about the acceleration of the cultural construction and the development of social undertakings in the rural areas, and so on. In the new era, the CPC＇s idea of building a new countryside will have a more rich and profound meaning, which will play a very important role in guiding the construction of the rural areas.
