摘    要:为了建立利用拉曼光谱测量物质浓度的方法,采用激光拉曼光谱对CCL4含量进行直接测定。通过不同浓度CCL4的拉曼光谱特征峰强度以及CCL4与溶剂乙醇拉曼特征峰的相对强度比,与CCL4的体积浓度建立线性回归方程。结果表明,线性相关系数达到0.99以上,低浓度(4~35)有更好线性相关,采用内标法能在较大的浓度范围内(4~50)获得更好的准确度。

Abstract:To establish a method of concentration measure, using Raman spectra, immediate quantitative analysis of CCL4 using laser Raman spectra has been studied. Good linear correlation between the Raman spectra character peak intensity of different concentration CCL4 and the intensity ratios of the CCL4 to the ethanol and the volume concentration of CCL4 has been obtained. The results show the correlation coefficient exceed 0. 99, there has a preferable linear correlation in low concentration range (4 - 35), using the method of internal standard can achieve better accuracy within a bigger concentration range.
