摘    要:目的:建立测定饮用水中氯化物、亚硝酸盐(以氮计)、硝酸盐(以氮计)、硫酸盐4种无机阴离子含量测定方法.方法:离子色谱法对饮用水中Cl-、NO 2--N、NO 3--N和SO24-进行含量测定研究,色谱柱采用AS14分析柱,以Na2CO3/NaHCO3溶液为淋洗液,浓度分别为4.0 mmol/L和1.0 mmol/L,等度淋洗,流速1.2 mL/min,进样量25.0μL,柱温:30.0℃.结果:4种阴离子中Cl-、NO 3--N、SO24-在1.00~25.0 mg/L和NO 2--N在0.20~5.00 mg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r>0.9997,n=5),其回收率试验在95.7%~102.7%内(n=5),在13 min内四种离子达到基线分离.结论:本方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高、干扰少,可用于生活饮用水中4种无机阴离子的同时分析.

Abstract:Objective : To establish a method to analyze four anions in drinking water using ion chromatography,including Chloride,Nitrite,Nitrate and Sulfate.Methods: IC was carried on the ICS-1 500 ion chromatograph with AS14 chromatographic column using a mixed solution of Na2CO3/NaHCO3(4.0mmol/L ~1.0mmol/L) as eluent at a flow rate of 1.2mL/min and column temperature at 30.0℃.The sample injection volume is 25.0μL.Results: Chloride,Nitrate and Sulfate have a good linear relationship in the range of 1.00~25.0 mg/L and a good linear relationship of Nitrite in the range of 0.20~5.00mg/L with correlation coefficient of more than 0.9997(n=5).The recoveries were from 95.7% to 102.7%(n=5).A sample can be analyzed within 13min.Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate,high sensitive,low disturbing and suitable for Simultaneous determination of 4 anions in drinking water.
