红外衰减全反射光谱技术浅释

摘    要:傅里叶变换红外衰减全反射光谱技术是目前广泛应用的一种红外光谱测试技术,由于它是完全非破坏性测试,因此在公安、质检等部门和传统红外测试方法难以处理的,诸如不溶、不熔并粉碎困难的弹性试样、各种部件表面涂层、纸张、纤维等的测试中使用.

Abstract:The technique of Attenuated Total Reflectance-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR) is a kind of widely used analysis means for infrared spectroscopy at present.As to its distinctive advantages of completely non-destructive analysis,ATR-FTIR has been applied to quality testing,public security and other fields,especially in those research which are difficult to process with the tradition infrared test method such as elastic material not dissolved or melted and crushing hard,various metal surface'...
