| 摘 要： | 为了充分了解化学专业毕业生就业市场的供求状况,更广泛地搜集毕业生需求信息,为化学专业毕业生就业开辟新的就业渠道,本文采用访谈、调查问卷、现场调研的方法,先后考察31家公司企业、50多所中学,对招聘信息来源、市场对专业的需求量、招聘单位对求职研究生的综合要求以及中学教师工作和需求现状,做了详细而深入的考察与研究,为广大研究生在校学习明确了发展方向,为即将毕业的同学提供了一定的就业信息和求职技巧,同时也为学校开展化学专业毕业生的就业工作提供一定的参考.
