摘    要:建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱检测地表水中四氯乙烯残留量的方法,全扫描离子监测模式检测,方法的检出限为1.2μg/L,在10--200μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9992,在20,30和50μg/L3个添加水平下,四氯乙烯的加标回收率在97.8%-101.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RsD)在1.65%-3.61%之间,该方法灵敏度高,分离效果良好,能有效地消除复杂基质带来的干扰,可以作为地表水中四氯乙烯残留量的检测和确证方法。

Abstract:We developeed the method for the determination of tetrachloroethylene in surface water using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). the total scan ion mode is used to monitor the object, good relativeity (r〉0.9992) was obtained when the linear range was between 10-200 μg/L. The recoveries of tetrachloreethylene were between 97.8%-101.7%. The relative standard deviations were within 1.65%- 3.61%. The determination limit is less than 1.2μg/L. The advantage of thi smethod is simple, rapid and sensitive.
