摘    要:<正> 硫酸镍中测定痕量镉,在试剂标准中用萃取光度法,即是将大量镍萃取除去后,在氰化钾存在下,用双硫腙萃取分光光度法测定,此法劳动强度大,浪费试剂和时间,易引入杂质,且灵敏度不高,特别是要用剧毒试剂,给分析工作带来困难,近年来有用原子吸收光度法,由于仪器较贵,目前难以推广,用极谱溶出法或催化法,虽有不少测定痕量镉的报导,但测定硫酸镍中痕量镉,由于百万倍镍的干扰,往往需分离后才能测定,我们通


DETERNINATION OF TRACE CADIUM IN NICKEL SULPHATE BY OS CILLOPOLAROGRAPHIE CATALYTIE WAVE
Abstract:The polarographie eatalytie wave of cd—iodide complex has been studieq with the system 0.27% ascorbic acid—0.036% gelatin—0.91% potassium iodide。 A sensitive absorption wave appears with peak potential of—0.72V(VS. S. C. E). The wave height is directly proportional to the concentration of cd within the range of 3×10~(-8)M~2.5×10~(-8)M, The percentage of recovery is 94.5—110%。The eoeffecient of variation is 6.8%。 The procedure suggested in this paper is simple, rapid and reprodueible to determine directly cadium in niekel sulphate or nickel without separation and can be used for routine analysis of products to replace the spectrophotometry or stomic absorption spectrophotometry.
