| 摘 要： | 股票期权在过去的半个世纪里，对市场经济的发展起了重大作用．我国已有一部分国有企业采用了股票期权激励企业高层管理者，分析股票期权激励是否适合我国国有企业具有必要性和紧迫性．鉴于我国特有的经济环境，通过对比我国国有企业和西方广泛应用股票期权激励的企业，得出我国国有企业不具有应用股票期权的环境．
