| Abstract: | In view of the weakening of political ideology of enterprise's leading group who sticks to the policy of perfunctory toward the ideological work,the paper holds that political study must be strengthened to improve leaders'political ideological quality;keep practical mind and deal with concrete matters relating to work;keep a lose-tie with employees all along;pay special attention to supervision within party,supervision of property right and supervision of whether the government is honest and clean. |
