摘    要:利用圆柱坐标系的连续速度场推导出圆管等壁空拉拔制力的计算式。实践证明,拔制力理论计算值与实测值相比,其相对误差在工程允许的误差范围之内。该计算式可用于圆管空拉拔制力计算。

Abstract:A formula of drawing force in empty sinking of tubes with equal wall thickness is derived depending on a continuous velocity field in cylindrical coordinate system. The upper-bound solution proves that the theoretical value of drawing force is basically the same as that from experiments with relative errors permissible. The formula is therefore considered as available to the calculation of drawing force on tube sinking.
