摘    要:建立了微乳液毛细管电动色谱-激光诱导荧光法测定用NBD-Cl衍生后的肾上腺素和多巴胺的方法.微乳液母液的组成为w(SDS):w(1-丁醇):2(n-庚烷):w(水)=3.31:6.61:0.80:89.28.优化后的分离条件为:20 mmol/L硼酸钠+体积分数为20%的微乳液+体积分数为4%的乙腈(调pH至9.3)组成缓冲液,分离电压20 kV,峰面积和分析物浓度之间有良好的线性关系.应用本方法测定2种中药和风湿性心脏病患者血浆中的肾上腺索和多巴胺,回收率为95.8%~105.6%.
