基于BD和QR码的AGV研究与设计

摘    要:全面研究和设计了基于BD和QR码的AGV系统,采用了北斗导航高精度差分定位、视觉识别QR码的室内外导航平滑切换等联合导航技术,开发出具有全程无人运输、路径智能规划及避障及调度等功能的无人引导运输装置,并成功应用于仓储库直接的货物运输。

Abstract:With the development of industrial automation equipment, and constantly improve the level of logistics and transport requirements, the traditional sense of the AGV have been given new tasks and requirements, intelligent, automation, high efficiency is the direction of its future development, to solve the current AGV can not meet the full range of navigation problems at the same time, indoor and outdoor. A comprehensive study and design of indoor and outdoor AGV system based on BD and QR codes, the Beidou navigation precision difference of indoor and outdoor navigation smooth handover location, visual recognition of QR code combined with navigation technology, developed with no full transportation, intelligent path planning and obstacle avoidance and scheduling functions such as industrial indoor unguided the transport device, successfully applied to the warehouse cargo directly.
