摘    要:基于对光子晶体禁带的研究,设计了一个椭圆形散射元。利用平面波展开法,采用二维六边形晶格结构,对这一椭圆散射元光子晶体的禁带特性进行模拟计算。分别计算了TE模式和TM模式两种电磁场下的光子晶体的禁带宽度,对相对禁带关于散射元结构参数变化的关系做了分析,依据相对禁带宽度,找到相对禁带最大的模型。

Abstract:On the basis of a general analysis of the influencing factors for photonic crystal band gaps, an elliptical scatterers was designed. Using the plane wave expansion method, the band gap of photonic crystal with elliptical scatterers in the two-dimensional hexagonal lattice structure was calculated. The band gap of photonic crystal under the condition TE-mode and TM-mode field were calculated respectively, relation of the structural parameters for the relative width of bandgaps was analyzed, and the best model was discovered.
