福美双对土壤微生物群落和呼吸强度的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度福美双对土壤微生物种群变化以及土壤呼吸强度的影响。结果表明:施用福美双改变了土壤微生物的种群数量、群落结构及其多样性指数;低浓度福美双对细菌表现为激活作用,而高浓度福美双则有抑制作用;福美双对放线菌生长有抑制作用,对真菌表现为激活作用。低浓度福美双对土壤呼吸强度有一定激活作用,高浓度则产生抑制作用。

Abstract:Effects of thiram on community structure of soil microorganism and soil respiration intensity were investigated. The results showed that the thiram changed the soil microorganism population quantity, community structure and diversity index. The bacteria growth was stimulated by thiram at lower concentration but inhibited at higher concentration. The thiram inhibited the growth of actinomyces, increased the number of soil fungi. Lower concentration of thiram could increase but the higher greatly inhibit the soil microorganism respiration.
