| Abstract: | Creating the cultural environment of the ideological and political education is facing the major challenge of cultural independence, the dominant challenges and directional challenges. So, to creat cultural environment of the ideological and political education, we must adhere to the smooth operation of the mechanism, reflect controllability and oriented features, reflect the social functions and educational functions. |
