摘    要:黄瓜发育动态模型对于动态掌握温室作物生长规律具有重要意义。以de Koning模型为基础建立温室黄瓜动态生长模型,分别对黄瓜生长的光合速率、蒸腾速率、呼吸速率、生育期、同化物暂存库、叶干质量、果实干质量模型等进行研究。通过实验得到各观测指标的模拟值与实测值之间的相关系数平方R2和根均方差RMSE依次为:叶干质量:R2=0.9998,RMSE=0.0601 kg·m2;果实干质量:R2=0.9975,RMSE=0.9596 kg·m2;日同化物积累量:R2=0.9983,RMSE=0.0067 kg·m2,结果表明该模型对作物生长发育具有较好的预测性,可为温室作物生长环境优化控制提供依据。

CUCUMBER DYNAMIC GROWTH MODELS IN VENLO GLASSHOUSE

Abstract:Dynamic model of cucumber development has great significance for mastering the growth law of crops in greenhouse. Based on de Koning model, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, respiration, cucumber developmental stage, assimilate buff, leaf dry weight , fruit dry weight was studied respectively to set up cucumber dynamic growth model. The correlation coefficient R2 and the root mean square error RMSE between simulation values and observation values of index were acquired through experiment, the results are R2=0.9998, RMSE=0.0601 for leaf dry weight,R2=0.9975, RMSE=0.9596 for fruit dry weight; R2=0.9983, RMSE=0.0067 for accumulation of the assimilate daily respectively. It suggested that the model has better prediction for crop growth and development, can provide basis for the environment optimal control of greenhouse crop growth.
