城市社区草根体育组织依托高校发展模式的构建

我国现行的社会团体合法登记限制门槛过高,绝大多数具有广泛社会认可性的城市社区草根体育组织无法获得社会团体合法身份。合法身份的缺失以及民间组织发展促进措施的不到位,使得社区草根体育组织难以得到现行体制内各种社会资源的支持。本研究分析了社区草根体育组织依托高校发展的理论可行性、实践可行性以及社会认可性、官方认可性、法律合法性,从实践层面上提出了社区草根体育组织依托高校发展的"吸纳合作"、"请进合作"、"联络合作"三种构建模式。

CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN COMMUNITY GRASS-ROOTS SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS DEVELOPMENT MODES DEPENDING ON COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

Though having gained widespread social acceptance, most of the urban community grass - roots sports organizations in China can hardly acquire legal identity due to the government＇ s strict regulations for social organizations registration. Without legitimate identity or supporting policies for non - governmental organizations, those organizations cannot get sponsorship from governmental or social resources. This thesis, therefore, analyzes the theoretical and practical possibility of promoting the grass - roots sports organizations by depending on colleges and universities, elaborates the possibility of gaining the approval of the society, the authority, and the legislation, and puts forward three practical co -operation modes--admitting, inviting and contacting.
