| 摘 要： | 保护公共卫生安全是政府核心职能的一部分,也是与个人密切相关的系统社会工程。美国是世界上保护公共卫生安全最好的国家之一,美国政府的措施包括推动信息自由和公开、保护个人免受其他人或团体造成的伤害、采取社会行动等。本文主要讨论美国政府在保护公共卫生安全中的角色以及对我国政府的启示。

| Abstract: | Protection of public health and safety is recognized not only as a core government function, but also a social system project which is cosely related with individuals. USA is one of the best nations of protecting public health and safety. U. S government＇s initiatives include efforts to promote free and open information to facilitate informed decision making, protect individuals from being harmed by other individuals and groups, and facilitate societal action to promote and protect health, here we discuss about U. S government＇s duty in protecting public health and it＇s safety and hint on us. |
