| 摘 要： | 近年来,个体价值追求随社会发展日益凸显。本文分析了思想政治教育中个性与共性发展的辩证关系,认为新时期思想政治教育者应以大学生成长成才为目标,注重人文关怀,优化个性发展,推动大学生个体价值实现和思想政治教育的全面综合发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the problem of pursuing individual value individuality emerges gradually. This paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between individuality and universality on ideological and political education. That ideological and political educator should aim at the growing of college students in new era, focus on humanistic care, optimum personality development to promote the realization of individual value of college students and ideological and comprehensive development of political education. |
