| 摘 要： | 报导大束流密度条件下Ｔｉ，Ｍｏ，Ｎｉ，Ｖ，Ｗ等难熔金属离子注入纯Ａｌ中的原子相对浓度分布和有关数据。简单讨论了束流加热及缺陷相关效应和化学反应对相对浓度分布形状的影响。
