| 摘 要： | 我国铁路运输业组织结构重组的方案选择应遵循诸如符合铁路运输业本质特征等一系列原则。在这一系列原则的指导下,我国铁路运输业的重组可按“网”“运”分离、“客”“货”分离的方案进行。方案的具体实施涉及客运公司、货运公司及路网公司的重新组建,同时铁道部的职能也要相应转变。

| Abstract: | The project choice of China's railway industry construction reorganization should obey a series of principles such as considering its innate characteristics.Under the guidance of principles,the reorganization of the railway industry should be conducted according to the the plan that net should be separated from transportation while passenger transportation and freight transportation should also be separated.The implementation of the project concerns the passenger transportation company.the freight transportation company and the net company,Meanwhile,the function of the railway department should also be changed accordingly. |
