发光材料研制设备的微机控制系统

摘    要:介绍一种从分布式计算机控制系统,被控制对象是发光材料研制设备。主机在WINDOWS环境下,通过优质的图形界面,直观、方便的人机对话操作,对整个控制系统进行管理。加上从机采用比较高档的控制计算机,智能仪表及12位的A/D、D/Q转换控制模板,使本控制具有较高的控制精度和可靠性,实现了设备的自动控制。

Abstract:A computer controlled automatic system with principal and subordinate distribution model for the equipment used in the preparation of photoemissive materials is presented. In the environment of WINDOWS,the main part can directly and conveniently carry out the operation of man machine interaction through fine graph interface for the purpose of administrating the whole control system.While the subordinate part employs relatively top grade controlling computer,intelligent instruments and 12 digital A/D,D/A changable control mould plate,making the system more precise and more reliable.
