| 摘 要： | 本文从风险的定义与表示、风险管理的内涵及项目风险管理三个方面介绍了关键工程系统风险管理的最新进展。分析表明，风险管理的研究正在向如何正确处置风险的问题转移，与之前对风险辨识和风险分析等问题的研究成果相结合，风险管理的理论更加完善。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the latest research development of risk management for critical engineering system from three aspects: risk definition and representation, connotation of risk management and project risk management. The analysis shows that the research content of risk management is being transferred to how to treat risks. The combination of new research and past research on risk identification and risk analysis will make risk management methodology more perfect. |
