冷轧铝板表面质量影响因素的研究

摘    要:从冷轧后的铝板表面粗糙度、表面光亮度(含退火状态)及表面显微形貌入手,研究了轧辊温度、加工率及工艺润滑剂中的添加剂等因素,对轧后铝板表面质量的影响。结果表明,随轧辊温度升高,冷轧铝板(含退火状态)表面光亮度均有不同程度提高,轧后表面粗糙度下降;道次加工率增大,冷轧铝板表面光亮度增加,但表面粗糙度随之增大;添加剂对冷轧铝板退火表面光亮度影响较大,尤其是酯肪酸,当添加剂含量达到一定值后,铝板退火表面光亮度下降。

Abstract:This paper starts with rolled roughness, light reflectivity and micro-topogro-phy of surface to study the influences of rolled temperature, reduction andtechnological lubricant additives on the surface quality. The results show thatthe surface light reflectivity of cold rolling aluminum sheet increases in varingdegrees with the increase of rolller's temperature, and the surface roughnessdecreases after rolling; the surface light reflectivity of cold rolling aluminumsheet increases with the increase of reduction, the surface roghtness also increases;the influence of additives will be greater on the surface light reflectivity whencold rolling aluminum sheet is in annealing treatment. After the additive contentreaches to a certain value, the annealing surface light reflectivity will be decrea-sed, especially with the addition of the fallly acids.
