| 摘 要： | 分析了建设铁路电信管理网 (TMN )的关键技术 ,即Q3接口的含义 ,研制Q3接口的方法 .针对Q3接口的不足和发展 ,建议采用CORBA和TMN相结合的技术方法实现铁路电信网综合网管系统 .
