| 摘 要： | 针对级进模结构设计的特点，将知识工程引入变量化装配设计，提出了基于知识支持自顶向下的级进模结构设计方法；建立了一种有效的基于SolidWorks软件开发环境的级进模结构装配模型；给出了级进模结构设计的知识表示方法、模具典型组合设计与动态装配约束等关键技术．

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of progressive dies structure design, a knowledge-based engineering methodology was applied into the variational progressive dies assembly design, and the method of knowledge-based progressive dies structure design in supporting top-down methodology was proposed. The assembly model of progressive dies based on the advanced development tool of SolidWorks was established. The key techniques, such as knowledge representation, the knowledge base, dynamic assembly constraint of structure design for progressive die were elaborated. |
