| 摘 要： | 将医生读图经验引入波形识别,抛弃了仅就波形形态进行识别的做法,提出了采用Ⅱ、Ⅴ_5导双基准导联进行波形检测和多基线体系实现参数测量等新方法。用本方法编写的自动诊断程序可诊断40多种心脏病。经304例验证及313例临床应用,与医生读图的符合率超过90%,说明该方法对提高自动诊断的正确率有显著效果。
