重型颅脑损伤昏迷病人鼻饲饮食的护理

目的：探讨鼻饲饮食护理在改善昏迷病人中的作用，方法：采用鼻胃管分次灌注法，结果：无1人发生口腔溃疡，出现便秘1人，腹泻2人，返流1人，消化道出血3人，结论：通过对鼻饲的有效干预，减少鼻饲时胃潴留，食物返流，腹泻、消化道出血等发生，鼻饲是昏迷病人提供营养最经济有效而又安全的方法。
