超声波作用下微粒凝集过程参数的研究

摘    要:针对利用超声波去除或分离悬浮液中微小颗粒(以下简称微粒)过程和复合材料生产过程悬浮液中的微粒凝聚过程参数进行了分析研究·利用数值模拟预测了微粒达到最终平衡状态时所需要的凝聚时间和凝聚位置·将数值模拟结果与其解析解进行了比较,表明数值计算结果是可靠的,并且数值模拟很好地弥补了解析解的不足·

Abstract:The time required for suspending particle coagulation and final position of particle coagulation in removal or separation process in liquids with ultrasound waves, were investigated. The coagulation parameters are sensitive to the particle size and acoustic contrast between the solid particles and their suspending liquid. The analytical solution,showing the node or the loop where the positions of particle coagulation are, can not give out satisfied results. The analytical solutions are limited by some conditions. Numerical simulation was used to predict the time and the position of particle coagulation. The parameters of different suspensions were simulated respectively. It is beneficial for us to treat the problems with analytical solution conceptions and with the numerical simulation data respectively.
