滞后型颤振信号相位测量的研究

摘    要:切削力与振动位移的相位测量是开展滞后型颤振诊断工作的关键。本文利用互谱密度函数所包含的相位讯息来测量两颤振信号在主振频率成份上的相位差,并在实验方法上解决了在切削过程中测量切削力信号相对于加速度信号在主振频率成份上相位测量的技术难题。

Abstract:The phase measurement of the cutting force relative to the vlbration displacement is critical inthe diagnosis of delayed chatter during machining. With the help of the phase message included in the den-sity function of Cross spectrum,the phase difference of two chatter signals in the main composition of thevibration frequency were measured; and in the experimental work, the technical problem encountered inmeasuring the phase difference of the two signals of cutting force and acceleration were solved.
