泵示功图的凡尔开闭点位置研究

摘    要:针对有杆抽油系统的泵示功图识别及产液量计算问题,以地面示功图为基础,结合抽油泵的工作原理,借助泵示功图,研究一种能较为准确定位抽油泵游动、固定凡尔开闭点的方法,并用其确定以任何形式呈现的泵示功图的凡尔开闭点位置.实际数据检测结果表明,该方法能够满足抽油井产液量计量的要求.

Abstract:For the problem of yield calculation and pump dynamometer card recognition associated to sucker rod pumping systems,this paper investigates an accurate positing approach to valve opening and closing points of the sucker rod pump,depending on the ground and pump dynamometer cards and the basic principle of the pump.It is used to locate the points of any pump dynamometer card.Actual data examination shows that such approach can satisfy the demand of yield calculation for the pumped well.
