摘    要:建立流动注射化学发光(FI-CL)法测定茶叶中茶多酚的新方法.优化实验条件下,在ρ=1.0×10-8~5.0×10-6g/mL,相对发光强度的对数值与茶多酚浓度的对数值呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-9g/mL(3σ),相对标准偏差为2.0%(ρ(茶多酚)=1.0×10-6g/mL,n=10).该方法用于红茶、绿茶、花茶及铁观音茶中茶多酚含量的测定,加标回收率为95.4%~108.3%,与国家标准测定方法做对比,结果令人满意.可用于食品中其他酚类物质的分析、检测.

Abstract:A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence(FI-CL) for the determination of tea polyphenols was developed based on the chemiluminescence reaction of tea polyphenols in the galangin-potassium permanganate-polyphosphoric acid system.Under the optimized conditions,the obtained linear range was 1.0×10-8-5.0×10-6 g/mL,with a detection limit of 2.0×10-9 g/mL(3σ).The relative standard deviation(RSD) for the determination of 1.0×10-6 g/mL tea polyphenols was 2.0 %(n=10).The proposed method has been used to determine the contents of tea polyphenols in Green tea,Black tea,Scented tea and Tie Guan Yin tea with recoveries in the range from 95.4% to 108.3 %.The determination of tea polyphenols in tea samples by this method showed satisfactory results comparable with National Standard.It can be used for other phenolic compounds in food anahfsis and tesing.
