| 摘 要： | 从新的人口文化的研究角度出发,在贫困成因的理论分析基础上,针对宁夏南部山区（简称宁南山区）自然条件严酷、人口压力大、经济发展缓慢和人民生活贫困等问题进行了研究,尝试性地提出了基于人口与文化视角的宁夏南部山区反贫困的战略措施.

| Abstract: | Due to the harsh natural conditions and great population pressure in southern region of Ningxia,there has been a phenomenon that social and economic development was slow and people were living in poverty so far.This paper try to make some theoretical analysis and research of the causes in an new culture and population perspective,based on the reality of poverty in southern Ningxia,and proposed some strategy measures of anti-poverty. |
