摘    要:最大熵原理是自然界的一个基本规律,它在很多领域得到广泛应用。本文从电介质的微观结构出发,使用最大熵原理研究了极性分子电介质在电场中的极化规律。结果发现,当电场不很强时,电极化强度与电场强度成正比;但当电场很强时,电极化强度与电场强度成非线性关系。结果说明,电介质是线性的还是非线性的,还要看它所处的电场情况。

Abstract:The maximum entropy principle is a basic law of nature,and it has been widely applied to various fields.Based on the dielectric microstructure,the paper uses the maximum entropy principle to study polarization of dielectrics with polar molecules.The result indicates that when electric field isn’t very strong,the electric polarization intensity is proportional to electric field strength.However,when electric field is very strong,there is a non linear relationship between the electric polarization intensity and the electric field strength.This shows whether a dielectric is linear will be decided by the electric field around it.
