吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼耐盐性研究

摘    要:对吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼(简称吉富鱼)从淡水移入不同盐度咸水的平均 死亡时间(MST)和半数死亡时间(ST50)的研究结果表明,MST和ST50值随移入盐度(S)增高而减少,相关性非常显著,其关系式为:MST=494.5/(S-17.0)(P<0.01),ST50-495.1/(S-17.1)(P<0.01)。96h半致死盐度(MLS-96)随吉富鱼体重增是增大相关性也非常显著,其关系式为:MLS-96=15.6W0.045(P<0.01)。吉富鱼适宜在0-12的盐度下养殖,在24‰以上的盐度下不宜养。

Abstract:GIFT strain of Nile tilapia was directly transferred from freshwater to brackishwaters with differentsalinity. Mean survival time(MST) and 50% survival time(ST,) was observed. MST and ST50 increased assalinity(S) decreased, highly significantly(P <0. 01 ). The relation forms are: MST = 494. 5 / (S - 17.0),ST50= 495. 1 / (S - 17. 1 ). Median lethal salinity - 96 hours(Mis - 96) of GIFT tilapia increased as itsweight(W) increased, highly significantly (P <0. 01 ) . Their relation form is: Mis - 96 = 15. 6W0. 045 (P<0. 01 ). GIFT tilapia could be cultured at 0 ~ 12 salinity, but couldn' t be suitably cultured above 24salinity.
