| 摘 要： | 讨论了利用柱形折射微透镜来改善强功率半导体激光器出射光束平行性的问题,给出了强功率半导体激光器出射光束的准直平行性通过柱形折射微透镜的作用得到显著改善的几个关键因素,所得出的研究结果可以实际应用于一种低阵列规模的线列强功率半导体激光器出射光束的准直.

| Abstract: | The collimation characteristics of light beam out of high power semiconductor lasers by using refractive cylinder microlens array is discussed. The several key factors concerned with the collimation performance of the device are given. The theoretical results can be applied to collimation of light beam out of linear semiconductor laser array. |
