摘    要:通过建立理论模型讨论政府人才的选拔问题.从该模型发现政府人才选拔中应重点考察候选人的政治素质、品德素质、身体素质、基础知识、心理素质、人际交往能力、筹划能力、观察能力、判断能力、决策能力、创新能力等15个因素.从实际的统计调查看,近80%的部门干部认为前4个因素对政府人才选拔影响较大.当然.在具体应用此模型时需根据实际情况调整各指标的权重,使人才选拔工作更有针对性.

Abstract:A theoretical model was set up to discuss the selection problem of the talented person in government. On a theoretical basis, it is found that selection of talented person in government should investigate the candidate more factors, such as political, moral, health, foundation the knowledge, psychology, human relations, planning, (observation), judgment, decision-making, innovation, etc. According to the survey, near 80% staff of (government) thought that the four factors were important influence to the selection of the talented person in (government). Certainly, it is needed to adjust each index by the actual things in applying this model, which (could) (make) (the) work of choosing the talented more efficient.
