铝板带材轧制油复合添加剂的润滑效果研究

摘    要:以自制的轧制油复合添加剂为润滑剂,研究了铝板带冷轧过程中加入不同配方复合添加剂的润滑作用与效果,并对铝板带轧后表面形貌和退火性能进行观察。结果表明:轧制油复合添加剂能有效地改善轧件表面质量;在不同的添加剂配方中,醇脂型复合添加剂的综合性能较好。

Abstract:The lubrication effect of different formula compositive additive made by the research group in aluminum strip cold rolling is studied in the paper and the strip surface after rolling and its annealing performance are observed too.The result shows that the compositive additive can improve the strip s surface guality effectively and the comprehensive performance of alcold and lipid compositiue additive is better in different additive recipes.
