摘    要:非智力因素是影响当前英语教育的一个重要因素。。分析非智力因素缺陷对学生获取英语基础知识的影响,以及如何寓教于学、激发和培养学生正确的学习动机、坚定的意志、必胜的信心和执着的志趣,以提高英语教学成效。

Abstract:Non-intelligent factor is an important factor which affects current English education. This essay will discuss defects of non-intelligent factors of students and their effects to get basic English language, and talk about how to put correct thoughtways into teaching in order to stimulate and cultivate the students' correct motive, strong will, successful confidence and intense interest and to improve their study efficiency.
