摘    要:根据对我国食品企业的大样本调查数据,系统地探究了各激励因素对企业参与HACCP认证体系的影响.通过运用要素分析,建立起各因素与要素之间的关系.结果表明,企业采纳HACCP受到制度、企业创新和内外部需求、第三方认证、内部效率、外部贸易压力以及企业家精神等多方影响.在此基础上,为了更好地区分不同企业采纳HACCP体系过程中各因素贡献的差异,又进行了聚类分析,并得出各个因素的重要性在不同食品企业采纳HACCP激励中的重要程度不同,且呈现较为规律性的变化.

Abstract:Based on a large sample of Chinese food enterprise survey data, this paper systematically explored the effect of the incentive factors for enterprises to participate in the HACCP certification system. Firstly, the relationship between the factors and the different elements was established by using the factor analysis. The results showed that the participation of enterprise was affected by multifaceted impacts, such as the system, enterprise innovation, internal and external demands, third party certification, inter nal efficiency, external trade pressure, entrepreneurial spirit, and so on. Upon this basis, the clustering analysis was used to distinguish the factors contribution differences among different enterprises and the effects of factors on different food enterprises to participate in HACCP were different and had a regular variation.
