| 摘 要： | 香榧假种皮提取物具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤及抑菌等生物活性.目前,香榧假种皮资源虽然丰富,却少有人研究.介绍了香榧假种皮化学成分、精油的提取方法、生理活性成分的研究进展,并对香榧假种皮的应用前景进行了展望.

| Abstract: | The essential extractive of torreya grandis aril has a lot of bioactivities, such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, and bacteriostatic action, which could be used in food and cosmetics. The resource of torreya grandis aril is rich but few studies focused on it. The chemical composition of torreya grandis aril and extraction methods, biological activities, and application prospects of essential oil were summarized. |
