恩施市蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸脂类农药残留的调查

摘    要:概述了有机磷和氨基甲酸脂类农药在蔬菜上的降解和毒理,并对恩施市菜市场及恩施市蔬菜种植基地的现产蔬菜随机取样,用RP508农药残留速测仪检测样品中有机磷和氨基甲酸脂类农药的残留情况.检测结果表明恩施市蔬菜种植基地的蔬菜农药残留合格率为95.00%,恩施市菜市场农药残留合格率为70.00%.从抽检次数的角度计算,农药残留合格率为83.33%.按检测的蔬菜种类计算,农药残留合格率为73.30%.非食叶蔬菜农药残留合格率为91.67%,食叶蔬菜的合格率为81.25%.

Abstract:The pesticide residue and pesticide degradation of organophosphorus carbonate were introduced, then the fresh sample of vegetables from the fields and markets were examined with RP508 rapid testing of pesticide instrument. The results indicated that the qualified percentage of pesticide residue of field vegetables was 95% ,and that of vegetable market was 70% . According to figure of sample, the qualified percentage of pesticide residue was 83. 33% ,but according to kinds of vegetables, the qualified percentage was 73. 30% , and the effect reflected that qualified percentage of pesticide residue of non - leaves vegetables was higher than that leaf vegetables.
