摘    要:ETMD减振系统是TMD减振系统的发展,是利用装置内部设备进行装置振动被动控制的技术。理论分析表明,随着ETMD与剩余平台质量比和频率比的增加,振动控制的频率使用范围扩大,共振的频带缩小。有限元分析结果表明,ETMD减振系统在频率接近激励的激振频率时,有较大的振动位移,可以更多地吸收平台的振动能量;质量比在3.75到5之间时具有比较好的减振效果;频率比在0.3到0.35、0.35到0.5两个区间具有比较好的减振效果。当频率比在0.5到2之间时,系统总体振动都比较小。仿真研究同时表明,在导管架武海洋平台上ETMD系统也具有良好的减振效果。

Abstract:The Extended turned mass damper (ETMD) vibration control system is studied in this paper. It uses the equipment set on the structure instead of additional mass to control the vibration of structures. The theory analysis shows that the frequency range is enlarged and the resonant band is reduced with the mass ratio increasing. The FEM simulation shows that the ETMD vibration control system could absorb more vibration energy when the frequency of the ETMD is near the excitation frequency. The platform has better vibration control effect when the mass ratio between 3.75 and 5 and when the frequency ration in (0.3,0.35) and (0.35,5). The whole system, including the platform and the ETMD, has the smaller vibration response when the frequency ratio between 0.5 and 2. The results of the simulation also showed that the ETMD has a better vibration control effect on the traditional jacket platform.
